Fox and Friends about 630 am some so called terrorism expert on tv saying radical Imams should not be jailed but should just be told they are wrong.

Well here is the heart of it. A lot of folks are so irreligious or a-religious that they just do not get it. The Imam and his followers believe that the irreligious and a-religious are enemies of "GOD". All the talk in the world from these proto atheists is so much water off a duck's back. The only talking that will do any good is if other Imams preach that God is a god of love and that violence is inconsistent with serving the character of God.
Absent such speech war on the unholy "West" makes perfect sense.

I am on a mailing rotation from the Jackson County Democratic Party and the thing that amazes me is that they have convinced themselves that it is their language not their ideas that lose them voters. It is almost so bad that they are convinced that they can run under false colors. Nuts.
I am not letting the Republicans off either. It feels like they have made their bed in the religiously unreasonable camp and prefer political war to governing.
The truth as I see it is that the Republicans and Democrats are both emotionally dedicated to fighting the battles of industrialism in a post industrial (flat) world. The Libertarians are in too much of a fog to matter, and the Greens are Ludites.
All sides need to shut their mouths and do a little thinking. The truth is that we live in a world dominated by instant world wide communication, one day FEDEX delivery, and fiercely targeted marketing. It is not the 50's no more children.
The group that develops policy for this new post industrial world will dominate the century. Those stuck in the past Republican, Democrat, Libertarian or Green will join the Whigs.
Snide is no longer good enough to win!
